Kingmaker · the abliterated Solomon · free
The uncensored AI agent
that runs your Mac.
Kingmaker is the abliterated build of Solomon, Ronin Inc’s governed AI runtime: the refusals are removed from its models, and the rules that matter are kept. It runs 100% local on open-weight models, takes orders by voice, and drives your real apps and your signed-in Chrome. No cloud account, no subscription, no prompt police. It still asks you before anything that sends, spends or installs.
Free for individuals. Companies pay to play. Download it, push it hard, and tell us what breaks.
Version 0.2.4 · Apple silicon, macOS 13 or later
What it does
- Talks and listens in a natural voice.
- Opens and drives your apps and your signed-in Chrome accounts.
- Researches with private search.
- Finds and picks the right tools for a job.
- Builds websites and creative work with open-source tools: Blender, Godot and the ArtCraft apps.
- Connects your CRM when you ask. It finds it, puts the key page on screen and opens a Terminal for the key.
- Texts or calls you with updates through your Mac.
- Updates itself, and asks you by voice first.
Requirements
- A Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 13 or later.
- 16 GB or more memory recommended. 8 GB works, slower.
- About 25 GB free: the knowledge library is about 17 GB, and models take a few GB more.
Install
- Download the installer.
- Open it. The first time, macOS may ask you to confirm in System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Open Anyway (until notarization).
- Pick a wake word or name, accept the terms, and press Download & Install.
- Kingmaker opens in your menu bar. Allow Microphone, Accessibility and Screen Recording when asked. Click the menu bar logo to turn it on or off.

Licence
Free for personal, research and hobby use under the PolyForm Noncommercial licence. Using Kingmaker inside a company, or building a product on it, needs a commercial licence: talk to Ronin Inc. Every install gets better as people use it, and what you build with it helps train the system.
