01 / The idea
It works like the developer platforms you already know — a home for tools, apps, and programs — with two differences.
One. You don't start from nothing. You get a complete, working Solomon to build your projects on top of — the same governed runtime Ronin Inc uses.
Two. Every builder gets the same open deal: a net-profit partnership, with the split negotiated directly with Ronin Inc. No favorites, no hidden tiers.
02 / The open contract
Ronin Inc extends the same open contract to any builder who creates and sells inside Sanctum — a net-profit partnership on your work. The exact split is to be negotiated with Ronin Inc and set out in your signed builder agreement; it is not fixed in advance.
Whatever the split, the shape of the deal is the same for every builder. You keep named authorship and public credit as the creator, full use of a complete Solomon runtime, and the freedom to choose what you build and for whom — while Ronin Inc provides the complete Solomon build environment and updates, hosts the Sanctum storefront and listing, and handles sales through Ronin Inc / Orosolu channels.

Create your program and list it in Sanctum under your name.
Sales run through Ronin Inc / Orosolu; net profit is split on the terms you agreed.

Yes. You are named as the creator. The net-profit split covers profit, not authorship.
Every builder is offered the same open contract. The net-profit split itself is negotiated with Ronin Inc and set in your signed agreement — it isn't a fixed rate.
You receive a full Solomon workspace as part of the partnership. Specific terms and documented costs are set in the signed builder agreement.
Only through direct contact with Ronin Inc or the authorized Orosolu channel — never through an unverified third party.

These terms govern all use of Sanctum, Solomon, and any Ronin Inc property. By accessing Sanctum or building, listing, buying, or selling within it, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Sanctum, Solomon, and all related tools, previews, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Public previews are advisory only and do not represent production capability or guaranteed outcomes. Ronin Inc does not guarantee any level of sales, revenue, profit, or commercial success for any builder or product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin Inc and its authorized channels are not liable for any damages arising from use of Sanctum, Solomon, or any product created or sold through them.
Solomon, the Solomon runtime, the Sanctum platform, the Ronin Inc name, emblem, marks, logos, engine architecture, governance methodology, documentation, and all underlying source, systems, and infrastructure are the exclusive property of Ronin Inc and remain owned solely by Ronin Inc at all times. Access to a Solomon workspace grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to build within Sanctum under the terms of the builder agreement; it transfers no ownership. Builders retain authorship of the original product content they create, subject to the licenses, distribution rights, and net-profit terms granted to Ronin Inc under the signed builder agreement.
All Sanctum transactions must be conducted through direct contact with Ronin Inc or through Orosolu as an authorized Ronin Inc sales channel. Ronin Inc disclaims all liability for any transaction, representation, or payment made outside of these authorized channels.
